For me, it is hard to believe that a small town like Triang has a 100Yen Shop!

Though Triang has 7 Eleven and 2 dollar shop as well, since 2008 I guess, it was a surprise for me that time and I felt excited. This 100Yen shop happens to exist in Triang brings me a shock! I went there with my friends and Yiyi and we had delicious snow ice together (It is too sweet!).

Just changed my form of working for 1 week, feel nervous very much. The most hardest decision ever made!

This is how my dad's feeling when he started his business 30 years ago? Feel like can't breath everynight.

I'm kinda insecure one, a lot of questions foating inside my head. I was asking myself whether this is the correct decision almost everyday. In my working life for the past 6 years, I have fixed working hours, fixed salary, fixed expenses, but never for a fixed monthly savings.

Besides the My Mee's Curry Mee, there is another option for the Triang folks - Silver River Restaurant's Curry Mee. Tasty curry soup with ferment taufu, and noodle in it...miss the taste so much after having this.

Mee + Curry + Yong Taufu is always the best combination! Yummy!

Silver River Restaurant is located behind the british shop lot at Kampung Baru Cina's old street (旧街场).

This is Pork Mee Soup from Uncle Ah Ching's stall. Pork Mee Soup - it's just an ordinary mee soup that can be found anywhere in KL or Selangor or anywhere in Malaysia, but this pork soup is totally different from what I had in my area.

First - the noodle (mee), the alkaline in the making of noodle is far less than those yellow noodle from KL or Selangor, no preservatives also, one more time I have to say 'Proudly Triang'. :P

Second - the soup, pork bone soup that no one can compete in the town.

This book records all food from the town Triang, and the memories of myself on hometown. Eat and play, enjoy! :P

Ermm...I don't know what to say, and I don't know how it happens...the photo below is Hokkien Mee with egg! Sometimes, me as a young woman from this small town Triang just couldn't understand, at the same time salute to Triang folks, they can be very creative and tempt to accept new stuff easily. Egg in hokkien mee, my first time trying it was fantastic and it is eye poping! Ha!

Have the best new year ahead!

A New Year has come, new thinking, new vision, new mission and new life are waiting for us. I'm still in the mid of making an important choice in my life, to start own business or to accept the offer to work as Test Engineer in big company. Since I wanted both so much, I need to decide which will give me more flexibility of time management for my family. Of course the first choice allow me to have more time at home, and this will pleasant my kids and husband; second choice is my dream job, that allows me to fly oversea, meet new people and new environment. Both are so attractive offers.

Oh yea...I'm totally in love with the movie. I watched this movie AVATAR 2 times, in 2D and 3D Cinema, it is awesome! Breath taking! I just cann't forget the beautiful planet Pandora created by James Cameron who is the director | producer | writer of the movie. With Jake and Neytiri in the movie, brings the audience to a whole new world that full of fantasies and actions. I feel that I'm still in Pandora with Jake and Neytiri! James Cameron has successfully made us believe that the Pandora world is real!

Well, here's why I think this movie is worth the tickey price:-
